Polluno E-Bike is fantastic!

Scored about 15% off my Polluno City E-Bike thanks to a newsletter code, what a steal! The Samsung Zellen Akku is super reliable and gives great range. I'm telling everyone to check out Eskute, will definitely shop here again!

Decent e-bike, minor issues

I bought the Polluno City E-Bike a few weeks ago. The assembly was straightforward, and it rides smoothly on my city streets. The battery life has been good for my daily errands. However, the kickstand felt a bit flimsy when I first put it on, and I had to adjust it a couple of times. Shipping was also a bit slower than I expected, taking about 8 days to get here. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, which was a plus. It's a solid bike for the price, but there's always room for small improvements.

Love my new e-mountain bike!

I just received my Netuno E-Mountainbike and it's fantastic! I've already taken it out on some trails near my house, and it handles everything perfectly. The motor is powerful, and the battery lasts a long time. It was super easy to put together out of the box, too. I got it during a seasonal sale, which made the deal even sweeter. Seriously impressed with the quality for the price. I'm definitely going to recommend Eskute to all my friends who are looking for an e-bike. Can't wait for my next ride!

Good value for a commuter bike

I was looking for an affordable e-bike for my daily commute and found the C100 City E-Bike. The price was great, especially with a discount I found online. Delivery took about a week to reach me. It rides well and has been a solid choice for getting to work without breaking the bank. Overall, it felt worth the purchase.

Just got my Polluno Plus and I'm really impressed with the build quality for the price. Feels solid. Much better than I expected for a sub-1500€ e-bike. Anyone else loving their Eskute?

K KlausM 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer
Totally agree! My E-Cityrad Herren is fantastic. The Bafang motor is smooth, and the overall feel is premium without the premium price tag. Plus, the battery range is surprisingly good with the Samsung cells.

Yeah, the motor is definitely a highlight. Smooth power delivery.

I'm still debating between the Polluno Plus and the Wayfarer. This makes Polluno Plus sound even better.

I've had my Netuno for about 8 months now and it's been great for trails and daily commutes. Only minor gripe is the stock seat, but that's an easy swap. Quality holds up well!

Oh, good to know about the long-term use. Makes me confident in my purchase.

Ordered a Netuno E-Mountainbike during the recent Autumn Sale, and it's been almost 10 days. Still no tracking update beyond 'processed'. Is this normal for Eskute shipping to Germany?

J JuliaR 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Mine was also pretty slow to update, but then it magically appeared. I think their tracking system isn't the fastest. It eventually arrived in about 12 days total. Keep an eye on your spam folder too, sometimes tracking emails go there.
17
T TomB 2 weeks ago
Yeah, sometimes the logistics company updates before the main store, so it can be confusing.
3
S StefanM 2 weeks ago
Okay, that gives me a bit more hope. Thanks for the tip on the spam folder!

L LenaK 2 weeks ago
I ordered my C100 City E-Bike last month and it took about 7 days to get a proper tracking update, then it arrived 3 days later. So 10 days without update sounds a bit long. Maybe ping their support?
8
S StefanM 2 weeks ago
I'll give them a shout tomorrow. Just wanted to see if others had similar waits.

M MaxP 2 weeks ago
My Wayfarer took exactly 9 days from order to delivery, but tracking was live after day 3.

Thinking of getting the F100 Klapprad for commuting, but worried about the battery range for my daily 25km round trip. Any F100 owners here who can share real-world range expectations?

R Rahul87 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
I have the Star Falt-E-Bike (pretty similar battery I think) and I comfortably get 40-50km on a single charge with mixed assist levels. 25km should be no problem at all, even with some hills.
13
D Deepak91 3 weeks ago
Battery life always depends on how much you pedal too, right?
7
M MeeraG 3 weeks ago
That's good to hear! Do you use it on full assist often?
0
A AnkitJ 3 weeks ago
My F100 easily does 30-35km on a single charge, even with me (not light!) and some hills. If you're disciplined with assist levels, you could probably stretch it further. But 25km is safe.

Thanks for the real-world feedback! Makes me feel better about it.

Just got my Polluno City E-Bike, and the display is acting weird. Sometimes it just cuts out for a second. Anyone else had this with a new Eskute bike?

V Vikram77 3 weeks ago
Mine was fine out of the box, but I had a similar issue after a few months. Eskute support sent me a new display eventually, but it took a bit of back and forth. Good luck!
1
R RaviK 3 weeks ago
How long did it take for them to send the new display?
3
A AnjaliS 3 weeks ago
Hmm, not with my Polluno, but my Netuno had a loose cable connection to the display when it arrived. Worth checking if everything's seated properly. Might just be a quick fix.
2
P PriyaM 3 weeks ago
Yeah, sometimes it's just a simple plug. Happened with my old e-bike too.
4
R RaviK 3 weeks ago
Where exactly was the loose cable? I'm not super techy with bikes.

My old E-Bike Ladegerät for my Eskute Polluno broke. Thinking of just buying a generic one, but worried about compatibility. Should I stick to the official Eskute replacement charger or are generics fine?

B BatteryExpert 35 minutes ago ✓ Best Answer
Always check the voltage and amperage first! If you match those exactly (e.g., 36V 2A), a generic charger *might* work, but I'd be very cautious. An incorrect charger can damage your battery or even be a fire hazard. Given the cost of an e-bike battery, I'd personally stick with the official one or one specifically certified for Eskute/Bafang systems.

S SafetyFirst 25 minutes ago
Good point. Better safe than sorry when it comes to batteries.
2
M MarcS 21 minutes ago
Yeah, the battery is the expensive part. Don't want to risk that. Thanks for the advice.
1
B BikeRepair 2 hours ago
I used a generic charger once for a different e-bike and it charged much slower and got really hot. Ended up buying the official one anyway. Not worth the stress or potential damage.
1
M MarcS 2 hours ago
Slow charging and getting hot sounds bad. I'll just order the Eskute one.

How do Eskute E-Bikes compare to Tenways? Specifically looking at the Polluno City E-Bike vs Tenways CGO600. Price is similar, but I'm unsure about motor and component quality differences.

B BikeGuru 2 days ago ✓ Best Answer
I've ridden both! The Tenways CGO600 is lighter and feels a bit more 'nimble' for pure city riding, but the Polluno has a more powerful motor (Bafang rear hub vs Tenways Mivice rear hub) and often comes with better brakes/gears for the price. If you need more assist or tackle more hills, Polluno might be better. Tenways is more minimalist.
15
P PeterN 2 days ago
I heard Tenways has a smoother torque sensor, though?
0
S SophieL 1 day ago
That's super helpful! I do have some hills on my commute, so more power sounds good.
0
M MaxB 2 days ago
I went with the Polluno Plus over a Tenways model because of the larger battery option and the included fenders/rack. Felt like more value for money if you want a fully equipped city bike from the start. Tenways felt a bit more 'barebones' unless you added accessories.
0
S SophieL 2 days ago
Good point about the included accessories. That definitely adds to the overall cost.
7
B BikeLover 2 days ago
Yeah, the Polluno Plus does seem to pack a lot in for its price point.

My Eskute Rabattcode isn't working at checkout. It's a newsletter one, supposed to be 5% off. Anyone else had issues with discount codes recently?

C CouponQueen 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer
Sometimes newsletter codes are only for specific products or minimum order values. Did you check the fine print in the email? Also, are you trying to buy something already on sale? They often don't stack.
5
L LisaS 1 week ago
Ah, good point. It's for an accessory, not a bike. And no, it's not on sale. I'll re-read the email.
4
S StudentRider 1 week ago
Yeah, I tried combining a student discount with a seasonal sale last month and it wouldn't work.
3
M MarkusG 1 week ago
I had a code not work once and it turned out I had a typo. Double-check you typed it exactly as it appears, case-sensitive too sometimes.

L LisaS 1 week ago
Good call, I always copy-paste but maybe something got messed up. Will try again!

Thinking of getting the Netuno, but not sure about sizing. I'm around 5'6", is it gonna be too big for me?

A Amber 3 months ago
I'm 5'7" and got the C100, which is pretty similar in frame size. It fits me okay after adjusting the seat and handlebars. Might be a tiny bit on the larger side but doable.
1
R Rosa Okafor 3 months ago
Check their site, they usually have frame size guides for each model. I'd compare it with a bike you know fits you well.
